Frances’ work reverberates with pattern and color. Inspired by the turns of the natural world and the humor found in the everyday, she first developed her affinity for textures playing lakeside as a child in Alabama.

She honed her eye for color and pattern while attending the Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in textile design. Frances then went on to receive an MS in Mental Health Counseling. Frances’ artwork runs the gamut of mediums with her love for collaboration at the heart of every project and every piece.

When she’s not in the studio, Frances is found teaching art to 4-7 year olds, planting endless numbers of flowers in the garden, and spending time with her family and small pack of dogs.
